Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bg44 ("bg44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your registration for, access to, and use of the bg44 online gaming platform and all associated services, games, promotions, and features available at bg44.club ("the Site"). By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Site in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation.

• You are at least 21 years of age. bg44 takes age verification seriously and may request official government-issued identification documents to confirm your date of birth at any time. Accounts opened by individuals under 21 will be closed and all funds held in such accounts will be forfeited without exception.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are not permitted to use the bg44 platform as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person.
• You are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction before using the bg44 platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bg44 employee or contractor. bg44 employees and their immediate families are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

Account Registration and Player Responsibilities

When registering an account with bg44, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change after registration. bg44 reserves the right to verify account information at any time and to request supporting documentation.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with bg44. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the device, mobile number, email address, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number. bg44 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone call. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is deemed to be activity by you.
• bg44 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any account at any time. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and temporary withholding of withdrawals pending verification completion.
• You must notify bg44 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your bg44 account. bg44 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify bg44 promptly after becoming aware of the unauthorised activity.
• Players are prohibited from transferring funds between bg44 accounts, gifting balances to other players, or otherwise using the Platform as a money transfer service. Any such activity will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

bg44 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladesh-based payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (where available). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bg44 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bg44 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits made via supported payment methods. Transaction fees charged by your mobile banking provider (if any) are outside bg44's control and are borne by the player.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. bg44 implements this policy to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. bg44 may at its discretion apply a withdrawal verification period during which additional documentation may be requested.
• Deposits made to the bg44 platform must be used for gaming purposes. bg44 is not a money storage service, and deposited funds that are not used for gaming activity may be subject to review. Players should not deposit funds to bg44 that they cannot afford to lose.
• bg44 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal that it has reasonable grounds to believe may be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or a chargeback or reversal on a previous deposit.
• In the event that a deposit is reversed, charged back, or otherwise reclaimed by your payment provider after bg44 has credited your account, bg44 reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your account balance. If insufficient funds are available, the outstanding amount will be treated as a debt owed by you to bg44.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bg44 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the particular promotion.

• All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the terms of that promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on bg44 welcome bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount.
• bg44 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without notice. In the event that a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in or claimed a bonus, bg44's liability is limited to the return of any qualifying deposit made in direct connection with that specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or gifted to another player under any circumstances. Bonus funds in a player's account hold no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• bg44 reserves the right to deny a bonus or cancel winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: placing predominantly low-risk bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement; using arbitrage strategies across markets; or exploiting a technical error or miscalculation in a bonus offer.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) indicated in the promotion terms. Any winnings from free spins will be credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to that promotion unless otherwise stated.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

bg44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity. bg44 strongly encourages players to set personal limits and to seek help if they feel their gambling is becoming problematic. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bg44 account at any time. Deposit limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately upon request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bg44 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, the submission of false identity documents, or the deliberate misrepresentation of personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing account access, or using multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended by bg44.
• The use of automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or perform any account action in a manner that is not the result of genuine human interaction in real time.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the bg44 platform, any game offered on the platform, or any associated third-party software to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a bug or error are required to report it to bg44 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Any activity that bg44 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws or regulations. bg44 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the bg44 platform, including but not limited to the bg44 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of bg44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bg44 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the bg44 platform without the prior written consent of bg44. Unauthorised use of bg44 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg44 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in connection with the platform and the services provided therein. bg44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific exclusions apply.

• bg44 is not liable for any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the bg44 platform, including losses arising from technical failures, server outages, payment processing delays, or force majeure events beyond bg44's reasonable control.
• bg44 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or bugs, or that any defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. bg44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance downtime where practicable.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bg44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by bg44's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Suspension and Termination

bg44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the reasons set out in these Terms or for any other reason that bg44 determines in its reasonable discretion to be sufficient cause. The following circumstances will typically result in immediate account action.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6, the eligibility requirements in Section 1, or the account registration rules in Section 2. A material breach will ordinarily result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• A player's account is found to have been opened by an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years. In such cases, all funds held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited and, where a minor is involved, bg44 will take steps to notify the responsible adult associated with the account.
• A player voluntarily requests account closure. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion option rather than a standard account closure. Any verified outstanding withdrawal due to a player at the time of voluntary account closure will be processed to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

bg44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, bg44 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via a notification displayed on the Platform or via the email address registered to the player's account, where available. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the Site. Your continued use of the bg44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the bg44 platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting bg44 support.
